Will there be hands-on practice during the workshops?Yes, the classes are interactive, and you’ll have opportunities to practice the energy therapy techniques on yourself and others (with asking permission to touch ) in a supportive environment.

Can I attend individual classes, or do I need to commit to the entire series?
